We also advise our clients regarding the establishment of Austrian and foreign trusts and estates, specifically optimizing our clients’ efforts in securing property for future generations.

We represent and advise our clients regarding hunting law and firearm law, helping our clients deal with local authorities and receive firearms licenses and carrying permits.

We represent and advise our clients on a variety of aspects regarding Anti Trust Law, including proceedings before the Austrian competition authorities. Services include representation before administrative authorities and the procurement of trade licenses and other necessary permits and certificates to conduct business in Austria. We represent our clients throughout the entire process of obtaining permits and grants by public authorities and – if need be – appealing decisions before the Austrian Constitutional and Administrative Courts.

Our services regarding the Law of associations includes the representation of clients before the competent authorities and courts as well as advising our clients on all aspects of the Law of Associations, starting with the foundation of the association and supporting clients with general-assemblies.
